On a former tree nursery bordering the town’s repurposed railway to the bike path, this adaptive reuse of a single-family ranch home was transformed into a two-story visual arts studio for children. The 7,000 SF facility is filled with color and pattern to teach critical observation, creative problem-solving, and empathy.
